Absolutely worst taxi service I have used in JC. Started with one of the most disgusting cars I have ever seen. There were dirty tissues on the back seat, seats were soiled and stinking.
The driver did not even get out to offer to put bags into boot.
Told him I will pay by cc when I got into cab and he just nodded. At the airport then he says we don't except cards and said I should find an ATM if I have no cash. I refused and in the end had to wait 20 minutes while he called his boss to figure out how to charge the card.

Will never use them again and can't imagine how they have such good reviews here. Uber it is next time.

Second update:

Second update--

After a horrible, horrible first experience, I was contacted by the owner and given a free roundtrip to make up for it. After a satisfactory second round trip including a pick up from one of the owners, I decided to use them again. This review is now a month outdated as I've never updated, but I tried them again in late June... and it was just as bad as the first time. Late picking me up at 6am on the way to the airport, and again 30-45 minutes late picking me up at the airport with more excuses from the dispatcher telling me he was circling the airport. It doesn't take 45 minutes to circle Newark airport and get to a clearly decided upon gate/door.

The owners are nice and seem to care for their business. Everybody else that works at this company is incompetent and rude. What a shame. Stay away. I will not be giving a third chance.

I recently had the pleasant experience with New Limo NJ. I was a little skeptical as it was my first time hiring this type of service but it worked greatly.
The customer service was very satisfactory, the driver was on time and the price was reasonable comparing to others.
I will certainly consider New Limo again if I need. They are trustworthy!

I used New Limo for the first time last week for a trip to JFK airport, and also on my return from Newark. I live less than a mile away from their headquarters on Danforth Ave so decided to give them a try. The driver that came by was on time and very professional. He was conversational & polite.

On the return (from Newark), I did not reserve in advanced because I wasn't sure what time and what day I'd be arriving. When I was in my connecting city, I called New Limo and told them my flight number and expected arrival time. They closely monitored my flight schedule and the driver arrived within 2 minutes after collecting my bags. The driver on the return said it was his first day, so he wasn't as sharp as the first driver. (The new guy didn't know where the buttons were on the car, and also didn't really assist with bags). I will give him a pass this time though, since it was his first day.

All in all, it was a good service, and would've rated it excellent if they informed me ahead of time that there is an $8 charge for Credit Card transactions (their website says there aren't any other fees to the fare).

I will definitely use them again the next time I have airport needs.
