Vera @ Shipping & receiving was very rude. I called her on a Wednesday morning trying to get directions for my driver making a pick up that same morning. She was very blunt and rude, and gave me a hard time and even hung up on me. She wouldn't even allow me to give my drivers information as a reference. She insisted that I use GPS, but GPS doesn't always find truck routes, was hoping to get better info from a human. Hopefully she was just having a bad day, but geesh! Not cool.
