This is the worst government office I have been to. The staff is extremely rude. The receptionist actually yells at people she's talking to.I said "Goto booth 8, didn't you hear me". The ID check lines are excruciating. There is absolutely no one to guide a new person where to go. I'm nother sure how these people still have their jobs.In any other professional service they would get fired immediately. All they have to do is help people and speak kindly. Absolute nightmare. You will end up spending upto 2-3 hours here on any good day. Also you will mostly end up being yelled at or insulted. Horrible horrible experience.

This place is ok the employers is not bad they help you they are not rude are better than in lody there is the worse place.

worst service, there is one Asian lady at the front desk and she laughed at me for not bringing some documents and she made fun of other customers in front of me. WTF what do we expect from these ppl...

I don't usually write reviews but for this place I couldn't take it anymore. This is the worst DMV location that I have ever been sent to. Staff is very rude and don't want to help. Last year I had to come 9 times to get a salvage title done. Each time I come back the receptionist doesn't want something the other one wanted yesterday or the day before or they didn't like how the insurance company worded the letter they wrote for me and don't want file in my paper work. Now a year later their doing the same crap to me, they could have told me last year that I had to do these things instead of waiting a year to find out. I came yesterday (Wednesday) and the line outside was so long and then half way up the rude police lady came out and said that the line was only for ID's and license and I was on the line for about an hour already. Today some of their systems are down, you think they would tell you that when you call, but NO. Not to mention I don't even live in this City and I have to drive back and forth every day and bring the kids I have to take care of with me (I'm a Nanny/Babysitter). If I had a different job I think I would have been fired for leaving early everyday.

I like they have renovated the place inside.
I went recently to get my registration plates and i realised the staff members also have change. Their are more helpful and less rude, most of them are bilingual (spanish-english).
There is parking and open hours are very convenient.
