This is an excellent service that I used to clear out items from a house I was selling. The experience was 100% stress free, and the guys were friendly, flexible and worked quickly. I was surprised by the price as compared with a dumpster that you still have to fill yourself. They take everything (including items like paint and electronics) and sweep the floors clean.
