I have never seen a more unorganized and rude set of people in my life. We ordered a CD for my wife's MRI (a bone tumor, so we were anxious to get it urgently) and were told that we would get it in 2-3 business days. A week and countless calls later, still no CD. To make it worse, they talk to you like they are doing you a favor by providing you this service. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this facility like the plague.
