i purchase a webassign card, the staff handed me a wrong edition, when i went back to either exchange or return, they try to tell me that the edition of webassign card that i had was never in their inventory, obviously it sound like a scam going on, unfortunately i had to purchase another webassign online from a different source. and i bet you, the minute you walk in, you will see a gentlemen on the right gossiping on the phone, never there to help you out. if i were you i would go to another book store that has staff that is on point
