The customer service was terrible. I dropped off my item to get cleaned & it came back with black stains on it. So I asked them to remove the stains that they had made. When I came back the second time they were grey but still very visible. They still claimed that they did not put the stain there which was false & proven by the fact that the color changed a lot after the second cleaning. And they would have made a note of something so obvious the first time I dropped it off. I did not want to argue with him anymore so I asked for a refund of the cleaning and not the value of the item. I was trying to be nice & then he said "I will only give you a refund if you take it to another cleaner and they are able to remove the stain."
So pretty much they made a black stain on my item, denied it was there fault and wanted me to find someone who could remove it before they would give a refund on the item that they damaged. Be careful with this merchant and take the time to find a better one.
