Bob and his team are pros - plain and simple. They're knowledgeable, respectful and honest. I've been using Bob and his team for years for general servicing of my HVAC and have always been pleased with the results. I trust his judgement,and have never felt like I was being "up-sold", and he has stood by his work and his word. I would highly recommend New England HVAC to anyone looking for an honest professional, who goes out of his way to do a stellar job.

I called for AC repair and the man who answered the phone said he can't do anything to help me because he will never come to Manhattan. And he was not so nice about it. If New England HVAC doesn't want calls from Manhattan they should update their web site.

Looking for someone to service my companies HVAC and when I asked simple questions he responded as if I were asking the world on a silver platter. Wouldn't use them even if they were in Manhattan.
