Good service. Had steamed chicken. It didn't taste like chicken whatsoever. I eat healthy and order my food healthy. Although steamed chicken normally doesn't taste great, it still should taste like chicken. This tasted like some other animal. Oh yes. There was also a hair in my white rice. Ouch. Only 2 stars. And That's because the device was good. Food was a zero!!!

The woman behind the counter is very polite and courteous which seems to be a rarity these days. As for the food, I'd have to say it's average, and I wouldn't go out of my way to go there again. The one big flaw to this place is... They do not take credit cards. ..... That is totally unheard of these days and a real pain in the A$$, if you do not have cash.

Best take-out around by far. I have tried them all and New Empire Hunan has never disappointed me. They always give you just a little more and they use white meat chicken in many of their dishes that others don't. Delivery is always super fast. Highly recommended.
