New Classic Cleaners

I would never recommend this cleaner to anybody, they have zero customer satisfaction policy, not only that the owner of the cleaners doesn't speak English (or just pretends she doesn't speak when she is at fault) but she is the most arrogant person I have ever come across. They did an awful job with ironing, and almost ruined my silk blouse. When I asked my blouse and a pair of casual white cotton pants to be re-ironed (since they did the pants with crease which I didn't ask for in the first place), she refused to do that and gave me a very hard time to the point that I felt like I was talking to a thick wall. She kept saying that there was no way for her to have the pants ironed without crease, since the ironing was done in another location. Obviously she didn't want to redo the job, otherwise it is very easy to have the pants re-ironed the way I like it, all she had to do is leave a note on them, instead she insisted that she can't have the job redone. It was an awful experience. In addition, some customers may like to know that they ask you to pay in advance, before the job is done, i assume they have that policy to trap customers. That way once you pay before they clean your clothes you are doomed to accept their poor quality job. be aware of "Classic Cleaners", as for me I will never give them my business. .
