first time ordering, customer care was great and food was delicious not too much grease it was just right

Horrible service. Ordered food on Thanksgiving day and waitress messed up my order. Ordered pepper chicken fried rice, roast pork fried rice and shrimp wontons. They delivered the pepper chicken fried rice, roast pork ALONE and PORK wontons. I called to inform them and the woman I spoke to agreed to send the rice that should have came with the pork as I ordered but not the wontons because THEY DON'T SELL SHRIMP WONTONS! Why didn't she inform me of this before? I don't know... When I called back to find out whether they would be charging me for the rice Samantha blamed ME for the order mess up and refused to send me the rice free of charge and refused to deliver it. I asked to speak to the manager (Sharmila) and she was apparently not there. I will never order from there again. Customer service is horrible, especially on Thanksgiving? Really? I would much rather order from Thriving.
