I had arranged for them to pick me up at a certain time to bring me to a meeting. I should have known to follow my gut and not use them when an extremely rude man was trying to rush me off the phone as i was scheduling this, but alas i did not.
When they were 5min late i called and the same rude man responded to my inquiry "1minute" and then hung up... needless to say at 20 after my prearranged pickup time a car pulled up in front of me.
