The service, although polite enough, was cold and completely unfriendly. The coffee, weak. The French Toast bland. Wouldn't go back.

Not sure what a few people are complaining about but I really liked it. The atmosphere, the professionalism, everything. I wish it wasn't so out of the way or I'd go there more often. The wait staff was attentive, asking me multiple times if I wanted my water or coffee refilled. The breakfast item I ordered may have been a bit bland but I'll just try something else next time. This was post brunch rush it looked like and the staff was still as busy and professional. The floor manager was surveying everything and asking if everything was fine. Clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. Family friendly.

Food was mediocre at best. Pancakes were like cardboard. I had to carry my cups to the front myself to get some refills. And then to top it all off... They tried to charge me for to go cups of soda... Really.
