I came to the office with a high ribs region pain at 9th month of pregnancy. My waiting time was more than 2,5 hours. After I saw doctor he said that he can't do nothing for me because of my pregnancy. I asked at least for a cream that will make me a little better. After I came at pharmacy and waiting for 45 minutes to receive my cream I found that DOCTOR forget something to mention in my prescription. Of course the office was closed at this moment. The worst thing is that this cream is not suitable for the 3rd trimester. So I wast my time, still suffer from pain,paid money and have no help from this DOCTOR.

I went to Doctor, to me surprised, I was being seen by Doctor's son, When I said that I had appointment with your father son said for your problem I am better then my Dad.
then he gave me another appointment after 4 months, just one day before I called them to cancel my appointment, even though they sent me bill for "No Show for Appointment".
Also I called to discuss on this Bill...no body was ready to talk on this.

Go see Vinod Kapoor if you want to hear "I don't care, I don't know" and such.
Zero stars for waiting an hour and half even though I've arrived on time of the appointment.
What a terrible experience!
