Get to the building with an obvious A B printed on near the far end of the way. Bring your PARS inside to get the paperwork right. You may have to sweep your trailer once docked.
There is restroom inside. There is also enough space to sleep in theory. But there is also docks everywhere, you may block the way if others business there are opened at night, which I can't confirm.
