I am frustrated and annoyed!! First off nemet had my car for 12 hours and nothing was done. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment. got there this morning before 7 am and left the car explain to David (service adviser) that the monitor was not responding, the car idles really loud and there is a stuttered at take off. He made me award that if and when anything is to be done i will get a phone call from him. I called twice after not hearing anything from nemet, when i did i was told that my 2014 car does not come with a touch screen monitor (i've had the car for 2 year i think i would know what it has and what it does not). David had no knowledge of what had been done to my car or if anything was done for that matter. I get to nemet after work and still no one not even the Service Manger Wayne had no idea what had been done to my car. He claims that one of his techs (Andy) took care of my car but did not document anything that he did. David Claims parts were ordered, Andy was no where to be found and wayne who is suppose to be the manger and keep track of his workers and what they are doing had no clue what had been looked at or done to my car. My question to them was if i drive off this lot and something happens to me in my car who is responsible, Wayne the service manger answer was its my responsible. I find his answer to be rude and i don't recommended anyone to even buy a car from them or even get anything as simple as an oil change. This is not how business should be conducted and not how anyone should be treated.
