Neko has done several jobs for me, over the last 4 years or so. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me in all aspects of preparing my files, and delivering the jobs - often with (I'll admit) a very tight turnaround time. The only drawback is that occasionally they get so busy they may not respond right away, but they always make up for it. This shop really works hard to deliver the jobs, and they are really nice to work with. It's a great resource for Long Island City.

We've been using Karl and his team for at least four years now. They're great. Their prices are competitive, they're fast, and they do a great job. We've mainly used their services for printing self-published books and training manuals.
