The beef is the best--you can pay more and get much less. Very little would be required to turn this into a five-star restaurant.
1) The included salad and vegetables were not the same quality as the steak. Perhaps either upgrade these, or go the full "a la carte" route. The selection of additional side items is outstanding.
2) The wines are quite reasonably-priced, but more of a selection of Cabernets would greatly compliment the meat offerings.
3) The decor could use a little updating.
For everything else, five stars! The beef is the most important thing, and it takes front and center here.
