I am a client/patient and received the worse services ever!!!
Their employees are more concerned with
Using their phones and sleeping then they were with working.
As a paraplegic I cannot cook my own meals. I have basically lived off of take out and sandwiches because the aides all claimed they did not know how to cook.
I was even assaulted by a night aide who was upset an irate that I woke him up since his snoring was preventing me from sleeping. The staff barely speak English.
The worst experience ever.

This Agency is one of the best I have come a crossed. They are very professional and organised. The Staff keeps in contact with me when its time for me to do my updates etc. They are convenient, respectful and they work along with you as an employee. I highly recommend this Agency to anyone who is seeking employment. You will never go wrong.

I absolutely love this agency! They communicated with me regularly, their workers have been professional and reliable. I would recommend this agency to anyone. The Director was helpful, her Assistant Amy, and my Coordinator Lisa was awesome!
