I have had a good experience at the center.
Therapists (2) that I have counseled by were
quite professional. My thoughts and feelings
were listened to and respected. I have encountered solutions from these therapists
which were very helpful in my day to day living. Caring psychiatrists who listen for any
problems and provide effective medications
and advice. My stay with the center has been
3+ years and productive in terms of positive
behavorial changes in my life. Thank you

This place has hurt me, badly. Bout 10 yrs of service here. I feel like I am being gangbanged because I am being passed around and around, everyone there passes the buck. As the picture shows, this place has an open door policy. However this isn't the experience I've had with them. Doctors repeat themselves over and over to coax a response from me. Some doctors are unsympathetic to my condition(s)..and the second you tell them what your problem(s) are, they treat you in such a manner, then they provoke you to get a response from you. I have been going every day. Then their punishment for provoking me, is to take my meds away from me, then rule it out as "I don't have to stay there". My file is never where it is supposed to be. I've been in therapy a long time enough to know when I'm being given the runaround. Therapy refers me to insurance, insurance refers me to the doctors, so I'm caught in an endless loop, thus feeling trapped within the healthcare system. Every time I Lodge a complaint against a legitimate claim, it is dodged, and I am made to feel worse for even opening up about it. 2 docs there left me with no valid reason and the other two are unsympathetic, thus they are trying to push me out the door. Then I'm put back with a doctor that refuses to write me the script I need. Then put with another Dr that wants to discontinue the meds I'm on, then I'm told I'm over reacting, when down the line, I know it's going to affect my health, when my progress was doing great. I'm prescribed a script that my insurance won't cover, but they have no problems giving me meds that make me sick, restlessness, nausea, pain...and when asked, EVERY SINGLE TIME when I have stated my symptoms over and over, they re ask me every single time like what I said the first time did not register. I know this will be read, and they will have a really good idea of who this is, but as I remain anonymous and did not name any names, I have done nothing wrong. I'm sick and tired of being treated like dirt and then punished when provoked for a response, then not being any valid reason for why these people walked away and then having everything I complained about defended and minimized.

I been coming here for about two years the girl in the front at the desk are so nice when I first started here I had Melinda then she left because she got another job and they call me up and said that I got a therapist and when do you want to schedule your appointment and now I have Loren about two months and they r very bery nice and they provide Bathrooms nice waiting ares music playing and they answer any question u have so I think this place is wonderful I go to the one on the corner across from Tony's pizzeria

STAY AWAY from this place..HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS..My child's counselor was Robyn Houlihan. She was awful!! She goded my son into saying he was abused when he hadnt been and then threatened to not let he an I leave the center and call police. Since there was no real claim of abuse, she all of sudden said we could go.. I made an official complaint with their director Anthony and of course she wasnt found to be in the wrong.. She traumatized my son and myself and we now have ZERO TRUST OR RESPECT for any mental health staff.. DO NOT GO HERE!! I REPEAT YOU ARE BETTER OFF HAVING THERAPY SESSION WITH A MONKEY THEN TAJKING YOURSELF OR YOUR CHILD HERE. Ms Houlihan should be fired.. I am taking my complaint further and hope that the state agencies take this seriously.

I've called three times in the span of a week and a half attempting to make an appointment and have been given the same repeated assurance that someone who is in charge of appointments will get in touch an no one ever did. I'm not sure exactly what is going on with the organizational staff but that felt highly unprofessional and poorly conducted. People who reach out to places like this are looking for guidance and that is a hard enough step to admit to in the first place.
