The shipment was not delivered and it was impossible to get a response by email or by phone...no one there! The message was "memory is full" on the phone. They may have great product but customer service is poor.

Purchased many fabrics and yes, at times as with all hand-made items, the waiting time can fluctuate but from experience: these fabrics are worth the wait! The quality of linen is amazing and the colors are never disappointing!

A great stitching store full to the brim,including the full line of Silkweaver hand dyed fabrics. They also have stitching and class space and host stitching get togethers a few times a month.

I ordered fabric and they ignored e-mails and phone calls when about 6 weeks later - I still didn't have the fabric. During this waiting period, they had a sale on "in the vault colors." I ordered 2 fabrics. Well, that order was 12/11/14 - and GUESS WHAT? I'm STILL waiting. 6 weeks ago - they said the fabric was ordered and would be arriving to them in a week. A week ago - they said the fabric was on backorder and "sorry" - I'll get it soon. Horrible customer service. If you don't mind waiting months to start a project - their hand-dyed colors are beautiful, but they are certainly not dependable!!!
