Their same day service is inhibited by their inability to take down credit card info accurately. The first time was cool. Here is my credit card info, log it for future use. The second time I needed bed sheets back and they screwed it up again. I literally walked in their with my card and told them to update the file. Couldn't figure it out. Next door I go.

If all you care about is a smile and friendly service, this place is for you.
Otherwise, expect them to not take care of your dry cleaning garments. They have shrunk silk dresses and tops (to the point where it its physically impossible to wear them), a top came back with a sticky substance on it, and buttons have gone missing (one time in fact, when I asked them to sew on a button, the cardigan came back with the button sewn on but another one missing).
I used them for months, but have had enough. Do not recommend at all.

I work around this place and brought my coat. I was surprised by how they neatly fixed it at a reasonable price. The name fits the sevices.

If you live in Tribeca, do whatever you can to find somewhere else to get your clothes dry cleaned (there aren't many options, is the problem). They have lost clothes of ours, ruined my husband's shirts, chipped buttons and whenever you point this out they blame it on YOU. They are the worst. NEVER USE THEM.
