First of all they make the bodies look very bad - white and pasty.
Second, you are not allowed to have any music.
Third, if there is a one day viewing (wake) only a few of the flower arrangements make it to the gravesite - I think they have a deal with the local florists to recycle the flowers. My uncles wake had a total of 7 arrangements - only three of them made it to the grave and the rest were dumped they told us. The flowers were delivered to Nazares on Thursday at 2 o clock and dumped at 12 noon the next day - I found that very curious - so our $85 arrangement never made it to the cemetary.
Fourth, they are a bunch of control freaks and the place has not been updated since around 1950.
I recommend Bizup Quinlin in Clifton - they are most accomodating and you can bring favorite music of your loved one and they will play them all day. And all the arrangements make it to the cemetary.
