horrible customer service ordered part on Nov 5th six weeks all I get is next week we will ship. they never call you back or follow through on their promises. I would purchase with caution with service like this they may not be in business very long.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! HORRIBLE in everyway. No customer support, no telephones that work, people that cant even spell..Brought it to professional installer to have in installed and they couldnt even get it to work. NAVTool site says it ships plug and play..... when you get it you find out different. HAd to splice into the wires on my brand new vechile. COMPANY should be burnt to the ground.
