Never wax here. I got my eyebrows and a brazillian done. She plucked instead of waxing my eyebrows. The wax for the brazillian was so hot it burned me, she dident know what she was doing, the whole process was super painful, and took 2 hours.

My frozen shoulder has been stressing me out and my body feels like a stone. I had a deep tissue massage yesterday. It was the best massage I've ever had. The employees are professional massage therapists. This is definitely the best spa around the NY area if you are looking for a relaxing and effective massage. I'll try their facial next time.
