I have been going to natural nail spa close to a year. And I been noticing that each time I go it gets more and more expensive. The quality is starting to diminish which is causing me to reconsider going to them. I plan on going today and if they overcharge me I will say something and end my relationship with this
SALON.

I've gotten a gel manicure here twice, the first time it chipped after one day. The second time, I went back in thoughts that a different manicurist would do better, the manicure chipped on the second day. I doubt if they're even using real gel polish. I've never had this problem anywhere. This place ripped me off. It's beautiful looking, but their quality of work lacks, BIG TIME.
Update: I posted a pic for you all to see. That was 2 days after my "gel" manicure. I went to get my nails fixed elsewhere and the manicurist told me they used gel base, regular nail color and then gel topcoat. I didn't realize because they were using Perfect Match, which carries both gel and regular in one pack. They charged me for gel. This place is a fraud.

I decided to try out Natural nail & spa after relocating and having to drive such long distance to my old nail tech. Oh how I regret making that decision. Prior to going to natural nails, my nails were very strong and healthy. I have been getting gel mani's for years and never have I ever been so disappointed. They are very polite and will greet you when you walk inside of their business but the quality of their work is very poor. My nails took a turn for the worse. Not even a week after going to them for a gel mani my nails began to chip, crack, & break. I will definitely drive the distance now to see my regular nail tech and hopefully she can repair my nails back to good health.

you can get a plain mani-pedi (no gel) for much less
30.00 plus 15.00 tip seems like a lot for the combo
the polish i chose was a bit thin and the manicure tech didn't bother to fill in the spots leaving the result looking uneven.
brand new pedicure chairs are comfortable but she didn't turn on the whirlpool for this session
twice i reminded her to put on a base coat before the polish...
i won't be back. i don't mind the inexperience (the girls who do straight mani-pedi often are) but i do mind the price!
