BAIT-AND-SWITCH RIP-OFF ARTISTS: After a good first experience based on two hours worth of cleaning a couple of months ago, I requested three hours this time around to prepare for a big party the following day. The housekeeper did not clean ANY of the glass in the rooms I asked to be cleaned. None of the glass or chrome in the bathroom was cleaned, nor was the tub / shower area. The mirrors were not cleaned. The pair of glass console tables in the dining room were not cleaned. The range in the kitchen was not cleaned. The countertops were streaky. The marble bar and marble coffee tables were not cleaned. I paid $148.40 for this "service". After explaining all of this, Rosa told me a $20 refund was "fare" (I think she meant "fair"). Really?
