Seriously save yourself the trouble and don't come here. The front desk staff was very rude to me and out right tried to UP the price on me. I asked to be shown where it stated I have to pay $130 when I had already confirmed with them over the phone that the price was $90, then the receptionist couldn't show me where on the pamphlet or website it said they charge a $40 fee if you hadn't made it there for 6 months.She refused to let me speak to a manager or someone above her. I have no problem paying the cash but I was extremely unsatisfied with the front desk receptionist (short Hispanic girl with black hair) customer service, she was just terribly unprofessional and from a customer service point of view; receptionist has a nasty disposition,consistently rude, both on the phone and in person, over charging customers just to pocket $$$ is unethical, disgusting and just plain bad business ethics.This place needs to undergo some major re-staffing. The Natural Alternative Center had horrible customer service don't waste your time and money here.

For someone who used to be overweight and an unhealthy eater, I paid a visit to this place and had a consultation about my eating habits with Dr. Trish since she has her PhD in nutrition. I thought I knew about keeping my body healthy but apparently its more than just diet and exercise. I was concerned about my stomach area and waist being bloated. So I went here for a colonic treatment and already Im seeing results in my physical appearance and also the way I feel. It was my first time getting a treatment but Dr. Trish and the staff really made me feel at ease. My technician was Doris who was an advanced therapist and has been doing this for 20+ years with my colonic treatment and she was excellent! Very nice, polite, gentle and knows what she’s doing! They have great products there like the enzyme pill that helps break down and digest food thoroughly. Excellent place and by far the best and most professional out here.

The folks at this place were very nice and understanding, especially since my wife and I lasted a total of 10 minutes in the waiting area. The place has the feel of a dingy motel that charges by the hour, looked very worn and dingy. Its maintained as if the staff or ownership did not care at all about appearances.

I asked to take a look at one of their rooms and what i saw made me want to flee. The equipment was old and patched together, the tubes coming out of the equipment looked worn and dirty. When we expressed our reservations they assured us the place is sterilized and cleaned often, however you would not be able to tell by just looking.

Go at your own risk but we were not comfortable at all.
