Love Natalie's work! I know what I want for and from my hair and Natalie knows how to achieve that. She has that great personal touch and deep professional knowledge of the field. Both in Color and Cut. I will follow her to any place in a heart beat.

I had a great experience. The owner is friendly and talented. Pricing is affordable and service is high quality! My new spot for sure!

WORST PLACE EVER - SERIOUSLY DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING THERE!!!

I wish I had seen the very first review here, addressing that the staff is very rude.. well, IT IS, INDEED!!!! TERRIBLE! EMBARRASSING! UNBELIEVABLE!
I can't even say that I've actually been to this salon because after all, the owner (I guess? to have such a weird attitude) simply refused to see me. There was this huge snowstorm and NYC was totally chaotic, so unfortunately many things went wrong on my way to be there at 10am sharp, and use my voucher. I was 20 mins late, a big bummer for me, but couldn't imagine how terrible it would get - instead of being AT LEAST understanding and thoughtful, this woman was EXTREMELY rude, short fused, and sarcastic for the 15 minutes that she argued and accused me with words and an awfully bad attitude. Had to call groupon costumer service and ask for a refund. Sad. Awkward. Unbelievable. Hey lady, this is NOT how you manage your business.
I left the place literally IN TEARS and feeling completely attacked, such an embarrassing and upsetting situation. Do not waste your time, money, or anything else, going there. It is completely garbage.

Went in for a trim, and came out with a totally different hairstyle. The hairstylist did not listen at all, and now I have a horrible cut with really short layers. I have a big event in one month, hopefully it grows out in time to be salvaged. Don't go here.

I WOULD ASSIGN NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. NATALIE TOTALLY SCREWED ME OVER WITH THE MOST AWFUL HAIRCUT EVER! AND THERE IS NOTHING TO BE DONE BUT WALK AROUND WITH THIS MESS UNTIL IT GROWS OUT, WHICH COULD TAKE MONTHS.
SHE OFFERED ME A REFUND, BUT CONTINUES TO GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND--FOR 2 MONTHS NOW. SHE IS DISHONEST IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE.
