bad customer service.
the girls are rude and disrespectful.
i was waiting more than a week to get my glasses.

These are some of the most unprofessional people to come in contact with. Went there two weeks ago did an eye exam. Firstly the wait was a long one finally I was seen by an optamologis who was courteous and well spoken. However the two ladies in the front need to be workshopped on dealing with the public. They were engaged in useless idle conversation while people sat waiting to be attended all this while drinking coffee, chewing and popping gum loudly.
Once my exam was over my file was then sent to them in front where I had to choose my frame. The lady attending me did a poor job at marketing the free frames and focused on sale of the brand name frames instead While placing my file on the counter top and away leaving it several times, to which I had to remind her that the file is sitting there.I finally made a choice to bring my own frames since the free ones were not my style and the brand name were too expensive.

Two weeks after having this done I returned to bring my frames to have them put the lens in. At first I wondered y the long wait then when I enquired I found out that they had totally misplaced my file.all this after waiting for almost an hour .I was told finally that I must re do the exam. At that point I could only walk out the store for saying something would land me in trouble. That place needs a revamp of the staff and a modernization of their equipment (computerized filing).

They suck.
