Worst place to go I end up cursing everybody out. Just this month 8/21/15. They should close that place down.

One of the worst customer experience I have been through. The staff is unorganized, lazy, and incompetent. The office is messy and clearly reflects the lack of pride of the staff. The doctor spent literally 30 seconds looking at my eyes and got my prescription wrong. Ordered contacts but when I called after 10 days, told me it would take 5, to see if they were in they couldn't find my file. I was told to call back, I did. Had to give my name again and was told they will call me back, only to have someone ask me how to spell my name again and that they would call back, they never did. I went in to the office to find them all sitting around, snacking and watched them as they searched through several random piles of files until they finally found it. the girls excuse was it was unlabled. Still haven't received my contacts and not too confident that they were originally ordered. Run as far as possible from Nation Vision.

They are unbelievably slow and thoroughly uninterested in providing good quality, much less timely service to their customers. I have never visited this location and been satisfied with the all out lazy unconcerned attitude of the staff there. The optometrist herself was excellent, but going through the staff just to get in to see her is just beyond infuriating. Do not waste your time going to this place for glasses. They will not provide anything in the way of assistance with selection, care, or even basic adjustments to have the frames fit properly to your face.

I went there about a few times, knowing there's no or less wait time ( that says a lot already ) and every time I go there workers there are either chatting on the phone ( talking about how big their kids got, etc, obviously something NOT work-related ), or eating something, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

When I went to pick up my new eyeglasses the nose pads were not matching so I asked to fix it - I was hoping there's someone in the back who's at least somewhat skilled/handy to do it, but the same unprofessional lady ( I think she's on meds, she's unusually SLOW to do anything) just took the frame from my hand and tried to yank the pad off, only to BREAK the darn wire piece that attaches the pad to the main frame. ALL SHE SAID WAS ''OOPS", and she just pointed at a store policy saying [ not responsible for any frames purchased outside ]. I understand that's the norm in the business, but the attitude and their lack of customer service/unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable!!!!

Also on a separate case I purchased a frame with prescription lenses with some additional options ( thinning process for the lenses, anti-glare, etc )but at the time of payment I just saw one big hand-written price on a piece of paper so I asked for an itemized price list - but the older lady who helped me then somehow took it VERY PERSONAL and yelled [ I AIN'T NO THIEF! I'M NOT SHORTCHANGING YOU!]....I just wanted to understand the price, that's all....

I seriously believe this company never train their employees. It's just conveniently located ( right next to DMV ) so if you wanna go there just for an eye exam maybe, but NEVER, EVER, EVER EVER EVER deal with the super idiots that work there. It's guaranteed they'll ruin your day AND YOUR GLASSES.

I still don't know what to do with the frame with broken piece...GRRR. I wish they'll close down.

OH YEAH, and the optometrists there are terrible too, so far i've seen 3 of them, 1 man, 2 women, the guy doctor was busy with AOL chat, one of the female doc just described my eyes are ' in a mess ' - I had to ask for more detailed, professional explanation as to what treatments needed and what not, and the other female doc is the only so-so. they must hate their job, working with those dummies....
