Nicest most professionals I've ever hired!
1. Response to email I sent to them - 10 min
2. Estimate over email- 2 min
3. Scheduled a Sun afternoon and they notified me 1/2 hour before arrival
4. Sadia came in for final estimate and gave me a 15% discount from what he had quoted over email. Nice!
5. Masterful cleaning in one hour- I was delighted!
6. He noticed dirt underneath my rug and did a complementary vacuum- sweet.

Most importantly, I felt very safe with sadia in my apartment. Support this business!!!

Definitely the best at-home service experience that I have ever had!

I called on a Monday and spoke with sadia, the owner, who was a super friendly guy. Since Thursday is my only day off, I begged her to come on that day. She was nice enough to work with my schedule and fit me in.

On that Wednesday, something came up at work and I had to reschedule for the following week. I called sadia again and apologized for the last minute change and she was totally fine and changed it for me for the following Thursday.
Thursday came around, sadia and her crew came by and gave me an estimate to clean my couch and an oriental rug. My first impression was that that were very honest, respectful of my home and very friendly which was a big plus.

The cleaning took about an hour and everything looked fresh and clean without the bad smell of chemicals. I told them I'm allergic to scents and they made sure that everything was odor free.

What I took out of this experience is that this company is honest -they didn't at all try to up sell me or sell me anything that I didn't need and the cleaning turned out great. I highly recommend national upholstery.
