Came to National for New Year's celebration. We absolutely loved the great food, service was pretty good too. Entertainment program was quite mediocre though - very few actual New Year's songs, mostly same stuff they always play, and improvising dancers that seemed convulsing on stage. The worst part was the lady at the coat check - Helen (not sure if that's her actual name) was EXTREMELY RUDE and impolite, ruining the whole experience and leaving people ask the same question: "what is wrong with her?" Not the best way to start and end the night.

HATED IT! Food was so awful. 3 people ate with me and all of us got sick.
I wanted plain tap water and they brought me bitter seltzer tasting water, charged me after I told them it was awful. They played this game of bringing sparkling water and REFUSED me tap water. Finally I took my cup to the bathroom and got WATER.
I did not leave a tip, since the water bill was $21.
DO NOT EAT HERE=place should be closed down by the board of HEALTH

Huuuuge selection of food, and the cafe on the second floor has great food options
