Waste of $600 - spend your money elsewhere. Jim and team completely missed a hole in our home's oil burner during the inspection. Our home was minutes away from burning down a few months later because of their gross failure and negligence. Instead of laughing and telling stories, maybe they should have spent more time earning their $600 charge for two hours of nonsense.
