- Terrible #232535

Takes over 10 calls without account created. Different rep asks for different requirement. A call can be hanged up with no reason. I have not found a rep who knows what he or she is doing. The only thing that they are good at is to send collection letter and threaten to shut off your gas. Horrible, horrible, horrible!
