LOOSERS!!!!!!!
I've been getting monthly estimated bills for better than 8 months now. My latest bill is for $ 392.63 including a $25.55 no access meter charge and a $3.46 late charge. The funny part is, I had the meter changed to an automated meter six months ago. I called them last week to ask why the high cost estimated bill when the meter is automated? They told me that there was a glitch in there computer system and all would be adjusted/ corrected. Today I received another bill, thinking it was the corrected one I opened it....... Well, this bill was for $ 427.65 including another $25.55 no access charge. Called again and was on hold for another twenty plus minutes. Explained my situation in a rather pissed off voice and got the problem resolved for the moment. Another "so called" computer problem and my bill for this month is 122 dollars......... From $427.65 to $122.00 a big difference to say the least. And these pricks have been doing this to me for years, although I admit not as bad as this latest scam. Not once in 15 years did I ever get a accurate bill nor a bill from them that was in MY favor.
