National Archives & Records

This place is amazing to me. You can literally access thousands of public archival records including court documents and contracts from decades ago! It usually takes a few weeks for them to locate the documents--especially if they're in Kentucky where they house older documents--but once they do, they give you plenty of time to go over what you request. You can't take anything out but you can request copies for a fee.
