Car broke down on the way back from airport. Nate was only shop late so i brought in. Car is a 2008 ford escape major nightmare. We could not get to turn over. Followed up next day and nate showed me the recall reports for this car. Instead of replacing all these parts that would of benefitted him and car. We changed only a 45 dollar sensor. He then advised me to turn in and get another car. He knows from experience that the 2008 ford fleet is a money pit. So five stars for Nate. Thanks for being proactive.

I had an accident on the hutch and was towed there. Wanted to charge me $95 to see what was wrong. My instincts told me not to trust the guy, so I told him I wanted to have the car towed to my usual mechanic and was waiting for roadside assistance to arrange the tow. He and two guys literally pushed my car out onto the street in a turn only lane right near a traffic light! While he saw me there waiting for a tow - he came back twice trying to get me to change my mind. Very creepy! Stay away!
