Customer service was outstanding, so much so I returned to the shop three times during my 10 day visit to NYC. As a virtual novice to cigars I wanted to learn more, no question was a stupid question. I was informed of products that would suit my taste as well as my sons (23yrs old) and we bought with confidence. Also as a serving member of the RAF a discount was warmly received. This is very rare in the UK and to have your service appreciated like this abroad and to be given a generous discount is a great touch.
