I was schedule for a Dexa scan. I was told it was at ll:00 a.m. When I arrived the waiting room looked like a triage center. People all over the place. There was a line to check in and I filled out the appropriate papers and paid my deductable and then I waited. There were no magazines (except l golf magazine). I waited.
I heard one customer complain that he had been waiting 1 hour 30 minutes. After waiting 50 minutes I told them I would have to leave in 10 Minutes. A few minutes passed and they called my name and explained that someone else was being tested and that another person was ahead of me. I asked for my deductable back and after being a patient there for 5 years I will not be returning. This is not some type of machine where there are emergencies that may cause a delay. It's just ridiculous how they treat their patients!
