Dr. Ratner, his staff, etc are wonderful.! They were able to fit my boyfriend in immediately after he was discharged from the hospital. They are genuine and always willing to assist in any way possible. I am pleased with the care he has receieved. Dr. Ratner is not only knowledgeable but also extremely approachable.! I would recommend anyone who is looking for professional cardiac care to see this cardiologist!

First off, you are not able to speak to a human no matter what time you call. You must leave a message for someone to call you back. That's my first grievance. I called this office the day before today, left a message before they were even open, and never got a call back. This was a high priority from our doctor to get this Cardio exam done asap. Called again the next day, left message before they opened (BTW IS 1 PM) - and got a call back at 2 pm. They first called and my cell went straight to voicemail. My voice mail as of this apparent moment was full w/o my knowledge. The woman was nasty and terribly impolite about it all. Tried to tell me it was all my issue since my mailbox was full. I explained what I stated above, and she didn't note it at all. Continued to blame me for the lack of conenction due to mailbox issue. Then another woman got on phone and began to bombard me with more of a nasty tone and an inproper customer service attitude. She repeat the same thing the other woman was telling me prior with more anger. This is my Second grievance. You cannot place blame on A CUSTOMER that called two days in a row and on the second day you call them, get my voicemail as I'm HOLDING PHONE and say it's my error. New phone system or not, courtesy and politeness would have been appreciated. This issue is completely their error and they didn't even have the decency to apologise for the mess. INCOMPETENCE. As far as I'm concerned this office isn't even worth the phone call. I am HIGHLY RECOMMENDING YOU GET ANOTHER OFFICE FROM YOUR DOCTOR before dealing with these people, or be prepared. Terrible customer service. If I could give a negative score I would.
