Called to find out about parking rules for a neighborhood in Baldwin, since I have a number of cars parked in front of my house unattended for days. The officer explained the parking rules to me. (Thanks!!) She then offered to run the license plate of the vehicle that has been parked in front of my house for more than a week (which was my reason to call them). I waited, and waited, and waited. So I thought that was a nice thing for her to do. The officer came back on the phone and asked me to confirm the license plate number which I did, put me back on hold for about 20 minutes. The call dropped. I called back and was put on hold again for more than 30 mins again without anyone getting back to me. The call dropped again. I found this action disappointing and disrespectful.
