Excellent experience. A great sunset cruise around lower Manhattan. We sailed by the Statue of Liberty, around Governor's Island, up to the Williamsburg Bridge for a view of midtown at night, and back around downtown to Pier 25.

Captain Eric is a skilled yachtsman, great conversationalist & very knowledgeable about the history of New York and NY Harbor. The Narwhal is a classic 37 footer that provides a genuine sailing experience that is fun for the whole family or for a company outing. Loved it!

We were extremely fortunate to sail with Eric and Christina to view the July 4th fireworks display. Eric and Christina were so friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure we got great views and photos of Manhattan, as well as secure a brilliant position to witness the fireworks.
The 'Narwhal' is a gorgeous and pristine yacht which Eric has lovingly restored. His passion for his yacht, sailing and his city is infectious and inspiring.
Nothing was a problem or a trouble for them. We felt spoilt to experience NY on a quiet, relaxing and tranquil sailing boat, all to ourselves, rather than on one of the many noisy and overcrowded vessels which we saw on the Hudson.
Thank you Eric and Christina for such a special and memorable experience; we couldn't have had a better evening. If thinking about seeing Manhattan from the water, please sail with Eric; it will be the highlight of your trip and you definitely won't be disappointed. Do yourself a favour ...

There are standard yacht tours in New York and then there is Eric's yacht tour! Eric is the most down to earth guy you could meet who meticulously looked after us from the minute we stepped photo foot on his amazing boat. My breath was taken away the first time I saw the boat and felt more than comfortable proposing to my partner as Eric manoeuvred the boat for the perfect sunset photo while on one knee! We both felt like we had known Eric for years and it was a once in a lifetime experience sharing his home and views of the stunning New York skyline.

Fantastic voyage! Cant say enough great things about our excursion with Captain Eric. 4 blissful hours of NY sight seeing from the water. Up close and personal views of Lady Liberty, the 3 bridges ..all the while not having to think about hoisting the jib or lifting a finger to sail this easy even keeled comfortable boat. The Captain not only provided snacks, even vegan - gluten free goodies but pitched in with a bit o history at the helm. Loved it and am ready to book again. Happy to support this fellows dream.
