Nothing like old owners. Don't waste time or money, This place wont last.

New owner is nice, but the food sucks! I used to come here weekly, tried almost everything they had.. Not only does the new food disappoint, but the owner, while he is friendly, is a liar. When they re-opened after a "long vaca/sale sign". I ordered 2 chicken mango and avacado salad- it used to be my favorite salad ANYWHERE, when I asked the owner if it was the same, he said they still employed the previous salad guy, well he lied, it was nothing like it, small and skimpy, the dressing INCOMPARABLE!! Hardly any avocado or mango, what cheapos!! even the lettuce was wilted!!! I called and told the owner it was not the same and the lettuce, he said "come in this week and we will give u 2 free ones" it still sucked. If you need an Italian deli, go to Cranford, they opened a Pastosa, tried and trusted in Staten Island, great mozzerella, mortadella, everything is fresh, even the tripe!

This was my go to spot for sandwiches. Recently, the store hung a sign at the door staying they were on vacation. As the reopen date came closer, the sign was replaced with a extended vacation notice. Now, a for sale sign. Sad to see the place go. Now, for subs and sandwiches, I go to Mr. Sub that's just up the road on the corner of Chestnut and Burroughs.

My new favorite deli. I've been here a few times now, These are the best sub sandwiches I can find withing a solid 5 mile radius of here.

I bought 4 boxes of ravioli to try.... INCREDIBLE... I'll be buying the ravioli's every weekend. They have excellent salad choices, decent drink selection, prices are ok. eight bucks for a turkey sub isn't bad when it's the best sub you ever had. The guys here seem really nice and I've never waited too long for anything, I eat lunch at like 2 o clock though so maybe the lunch rush is different but I assure you it's worth the wait.

Sausages, salads, they even have a butcher on site. i'll be going here from now on.

Stopped here coming home from work. Excellent subs and bought some of their Vodka Sauce on a whim! Glad I did! Te best vodka sauce ever! Will be sure to go back.
