UNRELIABLE - After reading positive reviews, I scheduled an estimate with Napco Roofing. After waiting for 2 and half hour (well beyond the appointment window) they called to cancel. My wife and I both work full time, but made arrangements to reschedule for the following week, and they canceled AGAIN 2 hours after the appointment! I don’t know how their work is but they were very unreliable about showing up for appointments.
