NAPA Auto Parts P & A Auto Parts

We have been there three times and each time they were rude and did not have the part needed. PLEASE support the other auto parts stores in town. They do not care.

Ordered a wheel weight rack from Napa through their Riverdale store. Received a partial delivery a full two weeks from the date I ordered it! They told me that it would be in, in a few days. They told me that they would make sure I would receive what I paid for in a day or two. After a few dozen calls to Paul in the Riverdale store he says that there was a mistake on the NAPA website and the $24 item I'm waiting for will be paid for as a courtesy for me waiting so long and the website error. It is now a full 6 weeks since my initial order and every time I contact Paul he sort of laughs and says it's out of his hands. You would think that in today's day and age that you would want to make the customer happy. Not with Paul and NAPA of Riverdale! I even gave them a fair warning that if they did not make good on my small order I would give them a negative review. Well here we are, my first negative review of a company. There are many auto parts stores in our area, my advise is that you support them and not Napa of Riverdale!
