Well, on the phone with them as I type. Been on hold for quite some time. When I do speak to someone, he cant hear me. Finally someone comes on. I ask for a driver's side mirror for my car, and then the genius asks whether that is the left or right side. Then they hung up.

This is the worst parts store ever. And i am talking about the guys who's in charge of looking up the parts specifically. They made me wait 5 minutes and said something that I could not even understand and said BYE and hung up!!!
I called back and asked the guy who hung up on me what he said and he explained that he said : "you need to contact the dealership sir"
What a perk!!!

The only place in the city I could find a battery cable lug crimper in stock. Super helpful - when I left a message they actually called me back in 30 minutes telling me they had the part, and it wasn't even the part number I gave them (it had been discontinued) but they actually looked up the new part number based on the product description.

Worst store Ever. when i call about parts for my truck. they allways tell me that my Chevy model doesn't exist and then they think i'm stupid .
when you ask for a manager his never there .,
