Great place. The staff are always willing to help. They find the parts quick and have helped install wipers and change remote batteries. I highly recommend this place.

Interesting that there are negative reviews of this place.
I only recently (last few months) started going there for my parts and Rich takes such good care of me, that I have been back numerous times.
Never tries to up-sell me on things I do not need, is communicative, and does the research to find the correct parts for my cars. I have some cars with hard to find parts that are not readily available, so it is nice to find someone whom will go beyond the computer, pick up a phone, and try to find what you need.
So, I have no complaints and only positive thoughts.

Mr Russelle hires young men and women who know nothing about troubleshooting, dignosing and the difference between apprentice and expert, this is how you save on employee pay, dont hire experts, hire worlds dumbest for minimum wage.

To the general public, do you want entertainment, walk into this store. Sales boys who throw merchandise at one another, dont know a battery from a caliper and a business owner with the mentality of a 12 yr old..Sales boys who hit up on the female cashiers making lude remarks while i stand there waiting for my change. The owner and his children will make you appalled.
See when business starts to decline, you franchise a name like NAPA to attract customers, this is not a genuine napa store or the name bridge would no longer be posted.
