Its a Chinese restaurant, so expect noise. But the food was good and so were the prices. Go for the rice cakes with preserved mustard leaves, soup dumplings, and spicy beef & tripe or spicy tendons.

Food is really good. Worth to wait. If you around definitely try it. Parking is night mare but dumplings one of best here in NYC.

Best soup dumplings so far in my knowledge of soup dumplings in NYC. They also provide other dim sum styled dish that are very savory. The price is excellent as well. Try to avoid going there for lunch on weekends as it gets super crowded.
