I am unable to give this business less than 1 star. But I will NEVER ever ever go to this salon again. I got an upper lip wax and the lady ripped off my skin! It has been over 2 years and I live with a pigmented scar on my upper lip. It looks like I have facial hair! I am so self concious of it. I have seen dermatologists to get the skin pigment free but it has not worked. I sweat on my upper lip also so no amount of concealer or make up stays long enough to hide the scar. I wish I could sue these bastards.
